Casa Verde

Casa Verde came to us after three years of inconsistent care from rotating subcontractors. The ficus hedges had lost their geometry, the irrigation controller was running stuck zones, and the lawn had been re-seeded twice with the wrong species for the soil profile.

We rebuilt the irrigation from the controller out — new pressure-compensated drip on the planted beds, MP rotators on the lawn, a proper master valve and flow sensor. The hedges were trained back to their original lines over two cycles. We swapped failing crotons for native flowering hedges that hold their structure through both seasons.

A year on, the garden is doing what the architect intended. Owner-side: one WhatsApp number, one weekly photo report, and a calendar that respects the rental season.
