Monte Bello Estate
An owner who divides the year between Geneva and Guanacaste, and rents the estate to long-stay guests in between. The property — three buildings, two pools, an irrigated palm collection, and a softener-fed water system — needed to look unmanned but never appear unmanaged.
We took over a fragmented service stack: separate gardener, separate pool company, an irrigation contractor who only answered in the dry season. Today the estate runs under one Almaka calendar, one point of contact, and a single monthly report covering plant health, water chemistry, equipment runtime, and any guest-facing repairs.
Three years in, the owner has not received a complaint from a guest about the grounds — the metric that matters most.
